Meet Your Doula
I created Willow & Womb because I believe no one should walk through pregnancy, birth, or postpartum feeling unheard, unprepared, or alone. This season of life is powerful and vulnerable all at once, and it deserves support that is steady, informed, and deeply compassionate.
My approach to care is rooted in evidence-based education, advocacy, and respect for informed choice. Whether that looks like hands-on birth support, education, or quiet reassurance during postpartum, my goal is to provide calm, consistent care every step of the way.
Willow & Womb reflects my belief that strong, supported parents create strong beginnings.
Intentional, trustworthy, and deeply supportive care for every family.
Every recommendation is grounded in current research and best practices, empowering you with real information.
You deserve to feel seen, heard, and valued. My care is rooted in respect, warmth, and genuine connection.
No two families are alike. Your support is tailored to your unique needs, values, and birth preferences.

A doula is a trained support person who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My role is to support you, advocate alongside you, and help you feel informed and confident in your choices.
No. Doulas do not provide medical care or replace your healthcare provider. I work alongside your medical team to support you and help you navigate your care with confidence.
I support hospital, birth center, and home births. Location is discussed during the consultation to ensure the best fit for your care.
Many families hire a doula in the second trimester, but support can be beneficial at any point in pregnancy. The earlier we connect, the more time we have to prepare together.
On-call availability means I am available to you around the clock during a designated window surrounding your due date, typically beginning at 37 weeks, so I can support you when labor begins.
Yes. I support a wide range of birth experiences, including inductions and planned cesareans. Support is always centered on informed choice and respectful care.
Postpartum support may include emotional support, newborn care education, recovery guidance, light household help related to baby care, and referrals to trusted resources.
Yes. I offer evidence-based childbirth education that covers labor, birth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
The first step is scheduling a consultation. This gives us a chance to connect, talk through your needs, and determine if Willow & Womb is the right fit for your family.
Some services may be eligible for insurance reimbursement depending on your plan. I am happy to provide documentation for self-submission when applicable.
